Diamond Domain – Limited Warranty


At Diamond Domain, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We provide a Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering certain repairs and services at no cost when caused by manufacturing defects.

What the Warranty Covers


  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials
  • Missing small/side stones replaced at no cost
  • Center stone tightening/fixing at no cost (if the stone is present)

What the Warranty Does Not Cover


  • Damage or loss due to accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Discoloration of metals caused by chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or bathing
  • Loss of the main center stone
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or changes in appearance over time
  • Shipping costs for domestic U.S. customers (buyer’s responsibility) and all shipping/duty/VAT costs for international customers

How to Make a Claim


  1. Contact our customer service team at info@diamonddomain.com with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the item at no cost.
  3. Ship your ring to our office with your own return label or use our shipping service (starting at $50).
  4. If the claim is not covered, we will provide you with a repair estimate before proceeding.
